August 2011.<\/b> The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine has issued a permit to the Intercontinental Overseas Holding Corporation to operate the \u201cCrowne Plaza\u201d hotel, which is owned by <\/span>ITT-Plaza Co. P.J.S..<\/span><\/p>\n

January 2011.<\/b> Company \u201cGranit\u201d started working on the documentation. The German interior design company \u201cPCG\u201d has started developing sketches for Crowne Plaza Kyiv 4 *. Plot of land was prepared for construction, test works have been carried out.<\/span><\/p>\n

September 2010.<\/b> The Inspectorate of State Architectural and Construction Control in the city of Kiev issued <\/span>ITT-Plaza Co. P.J.S. permission to carry out preparatory work. This document will allow the company to begin the first stage of preparatory work for the construction of a multifunctional complex such as: preparing a land plot, fencing a building site and demolishing buildings and structures, etc.<\/span><\/p>\n

January 2010.<\/b> The company continues the tender for the selection of a general contractor for construction and installation works on the complex.<\/span><\/p>\n

December 2009.<\/b> The Kiev City Council agreed in the Ministry of Regional Construction project of the hotel-office complex, which is planned to be built on Fizkultury Street, 23-30. Estimated cost of its implementation is estimated at $ 200 million. The project of a multifunctional complex was developed in accordance with the Goloseevskiy district road traffic control. <\/span>ITT-Plaza Co. P.J.S. acted as its customer and investor, and JS \u201cYezhov\u201d architectural bureau was the designer. The building area of about 1.5 hectares, limited by the streets of Korolenkovskaya, Physical Culture and the Lybid River, is the property of the customer. Currently, there are warehouses and a car planned to be demolished. Construction was scheduled to begin next spring in 2010.<\/span><\/p>\n

November 2008<\/b>. <\/span>ITT-Plaza Co. P.J.S. reconstructed and built the Prozorovsky collector.<\/span><\/p>\n

July 2008.<\/b> ITT-Plaza Co. P.J.S. and Intercontinental Hotels Group signed an agreement about management of the Crowne Plaza Kiev hotel.<\/span><\/p>\n

July 31, 2008<\/b>. <\/span>ITT-Plaza Co. P.J.S., a portfolio company of the ITT Investment Group, and the Intercontinental Hotels Group, signed an agreement about management of the first 4-star Crowne Plaza hotel in Kiev on Korolenkovskaya Street. The new hotel will include 225 rooms (175 standard rooms and 50 suits and club-rooms), a restaurant, a business center and 5 equipped conference rooms with a total area of 1020 m2, a spa salon and other rooms and areas to provide the world famous Crowne Plaza high standard service for corporate and private clients. The hotel will be managed by IHG in accordance with a signed 15-year contract. The opening of the hotel is scheduled for 2014. It will be the third Intercontinental hotel in Kiev after Intercontinental, which opened its doors in the end of 2009, and the Holiday Inn, which will host its first guests in 2010. The hotel will be a part of “ITT-Plaza” – a business center with an area of over 120 thousand m2.<\/span><\/p>\n
